Just in case you don%26#39;t get an answer, I%26#39;ll help a little. If I remember right I%26#39;ve seen some posts for ThanksGiving and Christmas, where some dinner places might possible be closed. I%26#39;m guessing more at Christmas. But just to be sure, please call the hotel you%26#39;re staying at and ask what will be open. That way you won%26#39;t be disappointed. A buffet might be your best choice, but it might also be everyone%26#39;s best choice. Best to call.

I wouldn%26#39;t do a buffet on Thanksgiving. Imagine the lines. Especially with elderly people being with you.

Where are you staying, and are you looking for a ';traditional turkey '; kind of meal or are you up for alternatives?

My wife and I will be staying at the Rio, whereas elderly relatives will be staying at the Orleans.

We will have been there since Sunday, so some of us might be a bit ';buffeyed'; out. (I will probably like the idea of turkey, etc. although I am open to suggestions.)

One last point - sorry to be difficult - some of the extended family will be on a bit of a budget.
