My family (2 adults and 2 kids) is flying to Vegas next April, and I%26#39;m about to book my first trip flying with Allegiant Air. Is it worthwhile to pay the extra $11 each to choose seat assignments? Is there a great likelihood that they would split us up? Obviously, I wouldn%26#39;t want our kids separated from us for a flight of 4 or 5 hours.
First time on Allegiant Air --- question.....We fly Allegiant to Vegas 2-3 times per year and never reserve seats in advance. Have never had problems getting 2 tickets together. Not sure how old the kids are, but you could likely get 2 sets of 2 tickets together; not sure about 4 together. Then again, the way money tends to fly out of my wallet while in Vegas, $44 is not a huge amount and it may be worth it to you to not have to worry about it.
First time on Allegiant Air --- question.....We flew Allegiant in August. Prior to booking, I called the phone reservation line and asked if it was necessary to book seats together. He told me that if we were there early enough, it shouldn%26#39;t be a problem sitting together. We arrived 2 hours prior to departure and had no problem sitting together. In fact, we didn%26#39;t even have to ask.
