I am going to vegas with my family for the first time.
I am 17 and i turn 18 in 1 month. The rest of my family is over 18 and we just want to see the';famous Vegas casino%26#39;s';.
we will just be walking around the tables and slots and might sit and play one game, just for the expeiance.
are the casio%26#39;s strict with identification and age limits?
if they find out you are under 18 are there serious consequescus or will you just be asked to leave.
thanks for any advise
casino's and gambleing
There is no way anyone your age will be able to ';walk around the tables and slots or sit and play one game just for the experience.
They will card you and will escort you out of the casino.

Hun, The age limit in Vegas, to do ';anything'; is 21 and not 18
So you can%26#39;t do what you want to do.
Even best Fake IDs don%26#39;t work there
Better revise your plans
If you are only 18 I wouldn%26#39;t even make the trip to Vegas its not worth it to hang around waiting for others who are of age..Yes they are very strict with age limit in Vegas.
What do you mean vy over 18?
A lot is going to depend on how old you look, the closer to +21 you look the better chance you will have. Assuming that you look like a 17 - 18 year old, you can walk through the casino on the normal people walkways and see most games from a distance as long as you stay moving, stop and you will be asked to move almost immediately. You will not be allowed to walk around the tables, you may get away with it once for a short period as long as you are moving but dont count on it. You will have a better chance if you are with an adult or group of adults. Even on the fringes of the casinos where slots are they are pretty strict about underage kids.
One thing about Vegas is that the route from the hotel entrance to the rooms runs through the casino, so you will be able to walk by any number of slots ot table games. generally sopeaking you will not be able to stop. However, you may find a spot or two which is not exactly the casino floor, but close enough to watch a little action. Also last time we were there, we stopped for one bet at a roulette wheel with our 16 year old and were able to wait for the outcome and payout. If you keep moving you will be able to see a lot.
