Rainy? Not likely, Las Vegas is in the desert and doesnt get much rain. A few inches a year.

Typical Vegas Dec weather is sunny during the day and then cold when the sun sets.

It can and probably will be windy that time of year. Which can, as you know make the temp. feel cooler then it is.

In the 10 years I lived in Vegas, I pretty much experienced, everything weather wise. The wind can blow very hard in Dec.

and yes I have even seen it snow in early Dec., though snow is rare.

I have seen it hit the 80%26#39;s in Dec and as low as the high teens.
