Hi,
We are coming to Vegas (4th visit) for New Year. After reading a few posts on this forum I am kind of getting an idea of what to expect with regards to how crowded everything will be %26amp; how difficult it is to find restaurants, bars %26amp; move around the strip etc......We are staying in ballys %26amp; i gather that most hotels are open to guests only. (correct me if i am wrong!)
Would you say that in order to find somewhere to eat on NYE i should book a table at one of the ballys restaurants way in advance? (ie.. now ) if so -any advice on which one?
With regards to having a few drinks that night would i also need to reserve a place in one of the bars or not? was thinking of the tequilla bar.
Thanks for any help
New year advice needed please.
I would book a dinner reservation or check with the casino most offer a party that includes food and drink. I dont think you will be able to reserve a seat at the bar. New Years is crowded but fun. Just plan on staying inside Ballys after dark because the strip becomes very crowded.
New year advice needed please.
On NYE last year, my husband, my siter and I opted fofr an early dinner at Outback Steakhouse (there is one around the corner from me in B-more, however I always end up at the Vegas one). It is located above Casino Royal. Anyways, we didn%26#39;t have to make a reservations and just waited our turn in line for a table (about 15 min around 6:00 pm). After dinner we had enough time to return to our room and get ready for the night. I ended up gambling up until 11:50 and drinking for tips only. This was a mistake - I was winning though so I couldnt get up. If I were you, and you are planning on going outside for the big event, I would go early outside. You can get back into the hotel with a room key or players card. If you are planning on staying within the hotel, I would get a spot early.
