depends what you are after...queen bed or king bed, smoking or non? rooms in the pyramid are older and have showers but no tub, tower rooms have both but have started to run at an extra $10 a night or you can splash out and have a mini-suite complete with jacuzzi..

Luxor Room Request.

We have stayed at the Luxor 3 times and have always had a Tower room in the East Tower facing part strip and part airport runway. The rooms in the tower are bigger with floor to ceiling windows. They all have tubs in the bathrooms as well as large showers. Our rooms had 2 queen beds Nos. 19315 and 20315. Good views and high floors. We did not want pyramid rooms because they had no tub and were smaller. Whatever you choose have a great time!

Just try to avoid getting a lower floor if you%26#39;re in the pyramid - you will get significant noise from the casino and attractions level.
