iPods in the casinos...

Hey everyone,

Quick question...

Do the casinos have any issue with the use of iPods at the slots? I know they frown on cameras and cell phones, but I wanted to check to see if an iPod would be a problem before I bring it into a gaming area.

Thanks!

Bumped up...

The main thing is that I don%26#39;t want to be scolded for having an electronic device in the casino near the slots.

I actually don%26#39;t recall seeing anyone with an Ipod. But that doesn%26#39;t mean they aren%26#39;t allowed. If you don%26#39;t get an answer here, call the hotel and ask.

I can%26#39;t imagine why an iPod at a slot machine would be a problem - at a table that would be another story. I%26#39;ve seen people on their cell phones while playing a slot machine. If they got yelled at by security I never saw it. As someone here suggested, if you don%26#39;t get a definitive answer here you can call the casino or just ask when you get there.

and actually, I have never had a problem with my camera in the casinos either. I%26#39;ve taken pictures after winning $ at the machines, in fact, the casino workers encouraged it.

Most strip casinos are now okay with cell phones and cameras.

The only place you can%26#39;t use the cell phone is the sports area.

I know I have seen Ipods in few occasions, so I assume they are okay
