We previously stayed at the Monte Carlo, but have just discovered that the concierge floor is no longer available for Friday %26amp; Saturday nights.
Can anybody advise which other hotels have a similar service - but available at weekends and whether the costs are similar to the MC which charges $50 per night for this service.
Hotels with 'Concierge Floor'Paris has a similar set-up. I don%26#39;t know the exact prices but $50 isn%26#39;t far away.
Hotels with 'Concierge Floor'I believe that the Venetian also has a concierge floor or area.
gabby is correct. There is a concierge level in the Venetian%26#39;s Venezia Tower but it comes at over $100 per night on top of the regular rate.
The Venetian coneirge floor is definately worth it. You get private pool, private lounge, private elevator, chocolates, afternoon canapes, and the list goes on. Quite nice really. I just got an email from the Venetian and they are having a great sale, $129 for regular room and up of course, but a good sale. Might check their prices as they are good until January 4th.
Back in 2002, the Penthouse Suites at the MGM were all on the top concierge floor. Private elevator, cheese, crackers, grapes layed out. Coffee and beverages. Special chocolates, (One night they had a full piano with round truffles under the raised top of the piano!) a butler, best show seats... etc... They are now the new Lofts, and probably have the concierge, too. Can%26#39;t remember what we tipped on the last day, sorry. I think $100 for the week, but I can%26#39;t remember exactly. (plus butler and maid tips) I did ask the concierge what was the norm at the start, and they told me, of course!
Actually I think we were only there for 3 days.
No that I reread, please note ';full piano'; was about 6 inches in diameter. =)
I thought most hotels had a similar set up.
The Paris is good, strip views, nice small breakfast, couple of drinks you can take out. Light meals in the evening.
I loved the Venetian concierge!!! They went out of their way to make me feel special!! Great service and food!
Another thumbs up for Venetian concierge level. It%26#39;s so nice to have a beautiful easy place to go to get morning coffee and an evening cocktail close to your room...
