My mom and aunt are planning a trip to Vegas in January to see Celine Dion.
They would like to stay somewhere clean and not rundown, in a safe area, preferably in the middle of the strip, with a casino, and that has restaurants nearby and/or in the hotel. Shopping close-by is also an asset.
They will most likely spend most of their time shopping with gambling only playing a small part of their trip.
Can anyone suggest a hotel that fits this description. Celine Dion performs at Caesars Palace, so how far is this hotel from the ones suggested by you?
Thanks in advance.
Hotel suggestions?
Ballys, TI, Mirage.
Hotel suggestions?
stay at caesars palace
Caesars Palace would be great . There are numerous restaurants right there. They can shop at the Forum Shops-again right in the hotel. Across from Caesars is the Bellagio- also a great hotel. ';Next door( really down the street) '; to Caesars you have the Mirage-another possibility. From there they can take a free tram to TI. TI is right near the Fashion Show Mall. If those hotels are too expensive they can try Bally%26#39;s or even the Barbary Coast. They are right across the street from Caesars so it is easy to get there using the pedestrian crossovers.
Listen to vp03 on this one.
Caesars
Depends on their budget
Caesars is the best answer, not factoring the price.
If Caesars is too expencive, Flamingo is right across the street
You might consider the Platinum Hotel which is new and a couple of blocks east of Bally%26#39;s. It%26#39;s a non-gaming property that offers 2 bedroom suites with indoor %26amp; outdoor pools, whirlpool tubs, gourmet kitchens %26amp; plasma 42'; TVs. I cancelled my recent trip because of great rates I got from Bally%26#39;s %26amp; Aladdin, so I can%26#39;t vouch for it personally.
Here%26#39;s a link to their site:
