I received 50.00 in free slot play for a birthday gift from TI. I am to present the coupon to the players desk on my visit in Dec. The questions are:
Are there only select machines that you are allowed to play on? Is it the case where you have to play all 50 on one machine?
If you have received this or know please respond.
I know when I did some free play at the Palms and Casino Royale it was on select rip off machines! So I am thinking this is the same type of deal.
Free slot play ??
Do not judge other hotels by casino royalle..indead a rip off on free play...at the Venetian...I can go to many machines..and switch if I have free play..I am sure that TI being a nice hotel..would be about the same..have fun! Happy Birthday to you!
Free slot play ??
Probably depends on the Casino.
I received $100 credit at South Coast in August. I was instructed to put the $100 into only one slot machine, (Any machine was acceptable) put in some special code, the gamble up to the original $100. Then I could cash out any excess. Worked for me, because I would have put that into the machine anyway. (WOF quarters)
Hi Sue,
I get free play offers all the time from MGM %26amp; NYNY, both sister properties to TI. While I can%26#39;t specifically speak for TI, I imagine it%26#39;s the same for all MGM-Mirage properties.
1. Free play is not good at progressive machines
2. Free play can be completed on 1 or any combination of machines. The LCD read-out that says your card is accepted and how many points you have earned will also show your free play countdown. You are free to cash out via TITO any time.
I%26#39;m jealous because MGM used to offer me birthday free play but didn%26#39;t last month when it was my birthday month and I was a guest as well! TI seems to be getting more aggresive in their slot player marketing-they offered me 3 comp nights, 2 free buffets and $100 in free play and I haven%26#39;t stepped foot in the place in over three years! This is not a scam like CR-you will enjoy it.
Oh, forgot to add-you need to insert at least $1 to get the free play to register and begin use.
TI comes under the MGM/Mirage family and so should be the same as free play at NYNY and MGM - there are certain machines you may use, but they ARE regular slots any slot player would be likely to play anyway. They are spread throughout the floor and marked with a sticker. You pick the denomination. And you can hit cash out and move with your TITO to another machine if you desire.
In July I used my free play on a 3 - reel 25 cent machine at NYNY. I was up $50 once I played through all of the free play. I cashed out and moved to a 50 cent Crystal 7%26#39;s. About 7 spins in I hit for $600, not too shabby and I owe it all to Freeplay!
Thanks so much to all of you! I was very surprised I got the card from TI, I have not stayed there in 4 years and have not played much there either. I recently resigned up for email offers due to a new email address and I got the birthday greeting a few days later for my birthday. It doesn%26#39;t expire until Jan, so I can use it for my Dec trip. I am getting so exicited and any free play is always fun!
Do you think if I sign up for their email promo, I will get that Free play also?
My birthday is not in December or January
I don%26#39;t know! My birthday was Nov.10th and I got the offer on the 8th. It said to call and the guy just said to print out the e-card and bring it to the players club. That was the only propety that sent me anything of value! I got an e-card from Harrahs but no big deal, just a card. We have done a lot of business at HET properties both in Vegas and Caesars Indiana, but no free play from them!
Gotta love Harrah%26#39;s for that! I got that happy birthday e-mail, too. Hey, guys-where%26#39;s the love? How %26#39;bout throwing some free buffet coupons my way or something! I%26#39;ve only gotten free play offers from MGM-Mirage casinos and Aladdin, but nothing recent from Aladdin. You%26#39;d figure they%26#39;d be more aggressive in reeling in players during their slow transformation to Planet Hollywood, but no. I used to get cold-hard cash upfront from the Stardust just for checking in, but for some mysterious reason they have stopped, too! :~) Hello, Orleans-you guys have my e-mail-let%26#39;s see some action!
We received free slot play %26#39;credit %26#39; at the Golden Nugget when we checked in and joined their players club. They actually gave you an %26#39;account%26#39; that was accessed via your players club card on certain machines - you have probably seen those slots with the extra keypad on them where you can key in numbers / commands.
So you found one of those machines ( there were a lot of them ) and swiped your card and then entered a code and the amount you wanted to deposit in the machine from your card.
Kinda fun actually.
Casino Royale was a ripoff but hey it was free play - nobody ever wins on those machines.
My local casinos ( Harrah%26#39;s , Ameristar ) send me weekly coupons that are good in any machine - slot or VP. Last week I got a $5 coupon , threw it into my favorite 1$ machine and hit bet max ( 3 ) and won $60 - thats good enough for me. Some day I will hit a big one though...
My birthday is in july, but I will sign up today, maybe I%26#39;ll get something before my december trip
