virgin atlantic help with where to sit....Rows 61 to 64 just two seats together on either side, yes they are a million times better than the three seats together(in my opinion). Before we booked our next flight to vegas we checked that they were available both ways and booked them, they are not 100% guaranteed but previously we chose them on our outbound flight and we did get them, they weren%26#39;t available on the return when we booked and if you are tall sitting in the middle of 3 seats for this length of time when the outside person is asleep I would describe as hell.
f you can get them the emergency exit rows are best as they offer more leg room but they do charge about £100 for these
we sat in row 37 which is the last row before the exit so we can put our seat back with no one behind us
I have recently changed from using AA for most of my travel to Virgin - Virin are superior in nearly everyway.........however - one thing that isnt great on Virgin is the seat pitch, its pretty tight whichever seat you get!!!
You will be better in those 2 seats though as at least there wont be someone sat next to ya all!
Hi
I have booked seats 63 H %26amp; K going out to LV in Feb, these were recommended by the booking agent for Virgin when I called them. I think they look like much better seats, I suppose the only downside is they are right at the back of the plane and we will have a longer wait at immigration in the queue by the time we disembark!
Loopy
hey loopy,
Thats why i always go as far forward as possible......think i am around row 31 when i go in jan and row 29 coming back - its a trade off though as you have much better seats and will have more room!
Enjoy your journey :)
Hi guys,
thanks for all your help with this its great to hear from people that have flown before or are flying on similar flights to us...
im quite a nervous passenger although im not one that stand up and scream or anything i keep it to myself.. but to be sitting in a good seat i do like to sit near the front but cant afford first class prices, but if you think the last seat at the back the 2 seats are ok then will keep to these.
any more advise grately appreciated.
has anyone flown air newzeland?
thanks
My girlfriend and I had the 2 seats together, and yes it is nice to have knowone next to you, and you also have a small gap between the seat and window to put your cowboy hat, I mean bag etc.
we always go for the seats at the back more room to spread out and if you are nervous like I am then there is only your partner to see you get jittery. Immigration can be a problem but we get our belts undone b4 the light goes out....yes I know its naughty but you dont want to waste a moment of Vegas time standing in a queue and then I get the wife...small and feisty to barge through... no one says anything. When they turn to shout they see how small she is and just let her(and me past)
