Upgrade at Mandalay Bay

What specific room upgrades are available for the asking at MB, not including THE Hotel? It is my husbands%26#39;s birthday - we requested a strip view (I think!) , but are there any possibilities for a jacuzzi room or mini suite? I would, of course, show my appreciation to the clerk. Or should I call ahead of time? Our dates are 11/29 - 12/2. Thanks to all you knowledgeable folks!

Upgrade at Mandalay Bay

I am a VIP player at Mandalay Bay and it is difficult to get a strip view room. Now I normally stay on weekends which makes it extremely difficult. I would try for either a suite at TheHotel which is VERY nice or just try for a high up strip view room at Mandalay. It has one of the best view of the strips in Vegas. IMO

thanks so much - I would love to do THE Hotel, but my husband has mobility issues and it seems a much farther walk to everything.
