I got this offer also. I am booked into the Orleans but for some reason now they are booked solid. since we dont get in until about 9 pm, i was thinking of changing my reservation. I am worried about not getting a non smoking room that late and thought since South Point isnt so full I might try that. I just dont like that they are so far away. It is a good offer

blb, according to their website, they still offer a shuttle to Barbary Coast, if that helps.

I worked there briefly last spring, good place to work

The shuttle from BC to South Point is still available, but I was told not for long as SP is no longer part of the Coast Casinos. We thought it was a beautiful property. While we were there, about a week ago, it was not very busy. The Red Rock was packed at about the same time.
