ok... kind of thinking about taking a little detour one day this trip (part of a day) and maybe head to Ethel M (right before Christmas) at sunset to see lights and cactus show, etc. and then thought maybe on the way there are back to check out anything else in that general area... maybe Green Valley Ranch. Might as well scout out potential future destinations.
Anyway, using Mapquest, the perfect route doesn%26#39;t seem clear for me, and thought maybe someone here, with driving experience to those areas could help. (I barely know direction.... I will call Stratosphere north and Mandalay Bay south). Is that trip worthwhile, and is Green Valley Ranch a good combination choice? Is there an especially good other thing to see while in a rented car? I figure I might as well make it worth it.
Flamingo to Ethel M and Green Valley Ranch...
