Anyone ever try the $20 trick at BC?

HAs anyone ever tried it at the BC? And more importantly, did it work? What did you get- the jacuzzi room, or just a ';better'; regular room?

I%26#39;ve never tried the $20 trick, but when we checked in to Orleans 2 weeks ago, we told the girl it was our ten year anniversary. She offered us an upgrade to a Suite for $50 a night for the 6 nites. We took it and tipped her $100. We later found the Suite rate there on the internet was $250 weeknite and $375 weekend. We ended up paying $115 and $185. The suite was beautiful, on the 20th floor with a view of the entire strip.

Firsttimer, I checked that link before (thanks to a reply from you :-) ), but I could find no evidence of anyone having tried it at BC -hence the q. Or do you know a way of searching that thread and finding BC info. I must have read about (what felt like) 50 pages of the thread and didnt see BC mentioned (boo hoo, waaaaaa! ;-)
